Products

We have a number of technologies that have been lab tested and that can be adapted for many applications. We are looking for:

  1. Partners with whom to further develop and commercialize our technologies; and
  2. Customers for whom we can customize our technology to meet their specific requirements.

Whether we are working with Partners or Customers, our development approach always has the following two key elements:

  1. We first and foremost work to satisfy business goals such as reducing cost, increasing profitability, improving products, or delivering environmental benefits; and
  2. We structure each development in conjunction with our Partner or Customer to minimize development cost and risk. We can do this by segmenting the work by milestones, “at-cost” initial development in exchange for a royalty, or other mutually agreed upon strategies.

The specific steps will be unique for each development effort but will typically include the following:

  1. The Partner or Customer provides us with detailed requirements and samples of applicable materials such as the substrates to be coated.
  2. We analyze the requirements and samples and then prepare a cost estimate, including suggested milestones for risk management.
  3. Both parties negotiate a development agreement or purchase order.
  4. We perform the initial research and test the coating as mutually agreed.
  5. Each successful milestone triggers the next step, which may also involve further agreements.
